At OKAAT Jeans, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If your jeans do not fit as expected, you can exchange them for a better-fitted size under the following conditions:

1. Exchange Window: Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Condition: The jeans must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your exchange.

1. Customised or Altered Jeans: Items that have been customised or altered to your specifications are non-exchangeable unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or material.

2. Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be exchanged.

1. Initiate an Exchange: Contact our customer service team at cs@okaatjeans.com to initiate an exchange. Please provide your order number and the size you wish to exchange for.

2. Return Authorisation: Once your exchange is approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

3. Shipping: Pack the jeans securely and include the RA number inside the package. Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

4. Exchange Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

1. Inspection: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at cs@okaatjeans.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

2. Resolution: We will provide a prepaid return label and, upon receipt and inspection of the defective item, will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
